We excavated the old retaining wall and removed the entry door to get ready for the concrete cut.
I had to support the structure so I could remove the garage/basement partition wall to be ready for the concrete cuts.
That's the new retaining wall that John Arno built. That's a fine wall.

This is where the new mudroom stairs will be. We are using an existing closet in the kitchen above for the stairway door and there is not enough clearance next to the existing foundation. Bye Bye foundation.
